DISPLAYS THE CURSOR BY DEFAULT ON THE SYSTEM OBJECT NUMBER N

ACTION

The command CURSOR_DEFAULT N displays the cursor by default (driven by the mouse) on the system object number N.

The system object is of the type: SCENE3D, BUTTON, EDIT, MEMO, COMBO, ALPHA, FORM, LIST, PICTURE, CHECK, OPTION, MOVIE, TRACK_BAR, SCROLL_BAR, PROGRESS_BAR, SPIN, GRID, CONTAINER, MEMO_RICH, BUTTON_PICTURE, SCENE2D,PANEL, GRID_DRAW, CONTAINER_OPTION, SHAPE, HVIEWER, LED1,DIGIT1, SWITCH1, CONTAINER_TAB, SYNEDIT, CHART.

Remark 1: the cursor can be hidden by the command CURSOR_HIDE.

Remark 2: the cursor by default is a capital I-shape cursor for objects EDIT, MEMO, COMBO, an an arrow for the other objects.

SYNTAX: CURSOR_DEFAULT N

  • N = system object number (integer or real). Must be greater than 0 and less than or equal to the allowed maximum number of system objects.

USE

  • The command CURSOR_DEFAULT is used to display the cursor by default (mouse picture) on a system object.

ERROR

  • If number N is not a correct expression.
  • If number N exceeds the allowed maximum number of system objects.
  • If number N is less than 0.
  • If system object number N does not exist.
  • If the system object is of the type: SCENE3D, BUTTON, EDIT, MEMO, COMBO, ALPHA, FORM, LIST, PICTURE, CHECK, OPTION, MOVIE, TRACK_BAR, SCROLL_BAR, PROGRESS_BAR, SPIN, GRID, CONTAINER, MEMO_RICH, BUTTON_PICTURE, SCENE2D,PANEL, GRID_DRAW, CONTAINER_OPTION, SHAPE, HVIEWER, LED1,DIGIT1, SWITCH1, CONTAINER_TAB, SYNEDIT, CHART.
