ACTION
The function TOP(N) returns the number of pixels between the top edge of the system object designated by its number N, and its parent object (the "container").
The function cannot be called for the system objects : MAIN_MENU, SUB_MENU, SOUND, OPEN_DIALOG, SAVE_DIALOG, DLIST, TIMER, MAIN_MENU_POP, OPEN_DIALOG_PIC, SAVE_DIALOG_PIC, SERIAL, IMAGE, TAB.
