CREATES THE DIRECTORY D
ACTION
The fonction DIR_MAKE D creates the directory D. D is the absolute or relative name of the directory.
If D is a relative name, D is created as sub-directory of the current directory.
The absolute name is the entire name, related to the root of the file system (ex: "c:\temp\files\" or "c:\temp\files").
The relative name is the name of the directory related to the current directory (ex: "files").
Remark 1: DIR_MAKE "c:\aaa\bbb" is correct only if c:\aaa already exists. If a:\aaa does not exist, there is an error.
Remark 2: If c:\aaa does not exist, 2 actions are necessary to create c:\aaa\bbb :
DIR_MAKE "c:\aaa"
DIR_MAKE "c:\aaa\bbb"
