CREATES A SYSTEM OBJECT SUB_MENU AND ALLOCATES IT NUMBER N AS REFERENCE
ACTION
The command creates a system object SUB_MENU, and allocates it a number N. The number N will be used to designate the SUB_MENU.
The created Sub_Menu can then be used through the appropriated commands (PARENT, CAPTION, ON_CLICK, ...).
A SUB_MENU is a part of accompanying drop-down menus of the MAIN_MENU or MAIN_MENU_POP of a FORM.
A SUB_MENU can generate the event : ON_CLICK.
