DEFINES THE POSITION IN X AND Y OF THE NEXT PRINTING BY THE COMMAND PRINT
ACTION
The command PRINT_LOCATE X,Y defines the position in X and Y of the next printing by the command PRINT into the "print targeted" system object.
X and Y are expressed in pixels and the origin (0,0) of the coordinates is the upper left corner of the system object.
By default, PRINT writes into FORM number 0, but it can write into the system object number N if the command PRINT_TARGET_IS N has been performed.
The command is active only for system objects FORM and PICTURE.
